30-Day Return Window

You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping fees.

To Be Eligible for a Return:

• Product must be in original, sealed condition
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

How to Start a Return:

Email us at nutracapllc@glenatic.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

Used or opened products, gift cards, and promotional items are not eligible for return.
