Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer flat-rate and free shipping options across the U.S.:

• Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS) – 3–5 business days
• Expedited Shipping – 1–3 business days (optional at checkout)
• Free Shipping – on all U.S. orders over $50

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked delivered but not received, or if it arrives damaged, contact us at nutracapllc@glenatic.com. We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
